Yep... I'm actually considering to stop Gunpla-ing.
so this might be my final project ^^
currently 80% done with my Unicorn, planning to do something special since it might be my last kit...
like, make it stand out from other unicorns out there... since my 'green' unicorn isn't so special already after they introduced FA Unicorn... -.-
so yeah, stay tuned for my final WIP post =)

~Memories~ 21st World Scout Jamboree

Two years ago this day, i was on a plane to the United Kingdom for the 21st World Scout Jamboree.
It marked the 100th year of the Scouting Movement.
Created by Lord Baden Powell, the movement is still going strong in 102 year.
With another two years to go to the next Jamboree that is to be held in Sweden, I hope that the scouting spirit will never fade and will remain for years to come, a part of our lives.

notice i've only painted the right side... thats cus i'm not sure how long my metallic green will last... so in case it doesn't, it would look balanced XD

New Kits

hmm... the 1/100 Gale Strike and Hail Buster...
I must admit i was not really that enthusiastic about the designs of these two new suits nor their paint jobs when it was announced... but i might give them a shot since Gale Strike comes with two bad-@$$ swords... plus, their backpacks are inter-changable, or so i've heard...


and also Perfect Grade OO Gundam...
did not really expect it to be announced so early as MG Exia and Robot Damashi OO Seven Swords have only recently been announced... Not really as interested in it as i was about Red Frame... which, i have still not gotten yet =( but then again, gotta see the specs first before i judge ^^

Just watched it yesterday ^^
great show, but nothing to shout about... just like watching terminator all over again -.-

I expected more from this show... y'know, with Christian Bale and Johnny Depp leading the cast... they're one of the best actors of our generation! or, in my books... was...
Don't get me wrong, Johnny Depp still stays in my book... but Christian Bale? well, let me put it this way... even Batman can't save him -.-
As for Johnny, just stick to your pirate and tim burton roles, will ya?

Science and Mathematics in Malaysia to be taught in BM... AGAIN

Once again our beloved government has proved itself to be run by a bunch of kids with brains the size of a pea!

The government has admitted that the policy of teaching Science and Mathematics in English has failed to meet its objectives and will be scrapped. (Malaysia Kini 2009)

Are they FREAKIN R3tard5??? only six years after the switch to English they want to switch it back to BM... how can they justify that english has failed it's objective only after a mere SIX years???

On another note, after students finish their secondary studies... IN BM, they would have to cope with a change to the English language in their pre-U and University studies!
Furthermore, when one enters the global arena, one uses English as a tool for communication, not BM!

He said the percentage of students who scored grade A, B, and C for science in the UPSR last year had dropped from 85.1 percent to 82.5 percent in urban schools and from 83.2 percent to 79.7 percent in rural schools.

And for mathematics, the performance of urban schools dropped from 84.8 percent to 80.9 percent while the performance for rural students dropped from 80.9 percent to 77 percent. (Malaysia Kini 2009)

Once again, the question is posed... are they FREAKIN R3tard5??? you destroy a child's future based on a PRIMARY SCHOOL EXAMINATION??!!
